Sporting a double-layered upper, the Nike Air Force 1 Low I Believe is a low-top AF1 with distinct styling. The white-based sneaker features artistic imprints and an "I Believe" signature tag.

The AF1 Low I Believe draws influence from Japan's 2002 Olympics and sports Japan's Katakana characters. The upper features an all-leather construction with wear-away layers. The Swoosh and tongue opt for tumble leather construction, but all are colored white. University Red accents the white upper to provide contrast. For starters, the Daruma doll's graphic on the heel is finished in red. More hints of red adorn the "I Believe" inscription next to the graphic. Also, the Nike tag on the tongue sports a red color.
